Florists: your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), shop details and anything you enter into your account. Couples: the details they send through a florist's form (names, contact info, wedding details, photos) and anything they add on their proposal page, such as a signature or messages.
Only to run the service: showing forms and proposals, sending the emails the service sends (inquiry notices, proposals, reminders, receipts), and support. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.
A couple's details are visible to the florist they contacted and that florist's team. Proposal pages are reachable only through their private link. We use a few service providers to run the service: our hosting provider, an email delivery provider, and Stripe for florists' subscription payments.
We use one cookie to keep florists logged in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Florists can delete inquiries at any time. If you'd like your account or a couple's information removed entirely, email us and we'll delete it.
